PRICE PER NIGHT::

Minimum stays during year: three nights.
In July and August, the minimum stay is five nights.

In order to make your stay and vacation as pleasant as possible, there are house rules that the guests note in a written form by signing it on the day of arrival.
The prices include: VAT, tourist tax, travel agency fee and welcome breakfast.
The prices include: parking for 4 cars, wi-fi, satellite TV and radio programs, mobile phone with Croatian number through which guests can get in touch with the administration or the host, loungers, nordic walking poles, wood for barbecue, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, 2 extra beds, baby cot and two baby seats and the gym.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS AND TERMS

If you wish to book accommodation in our VILLA MARANATA, send us a request indicating the period you wish to book, the number of persons and a name of the reservation holder.

After we confirm you the availability of VILLA MARANATA for the desired period, please send us your booking confirmation by e-mail on the following address: booking@villa-maranata.com or by fax, number: + 385 21 480 513.

In order to make your booking final, you should pay an advance of 30% of the total price to our bank account within 3 days, according to the offer we issue. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled.

We kindly ask you to pay the rest of the amount one month prior to your arrival at the latest. If you book the accommodation less than 30 days before your arrival, it is required to pay the entire amount immediately.
For all the received payments, we will send you a written confirmation / invoice.

For additional services that we offer, you can decide upon your arrival and pay it to the villa manager in cash on the spot. We recommend, if it is possible, that you inform us about your wishes in advance, so we could organize and fulfil them better. This is particularly recommended if you booked your stay at our VILLA MARANATA during the peak season in July and August.

We expect your arrival from 3 pm onwards, and your departure no later than 10 am.
Upon your arrival to the villa please prepare the guarantee deposit in the amount of € 500,00 in cash, so that you can start your vacation without delay.
The guarantee deposit will be returned upon your departure, after checking the villa. In case of any damage to the villa and its devices committed by guests, we have the right to charge the appropriate amount from the guarantee deposit, as well as to require compensation for eventual costs that exceed the deposit guarantee.
In order to protect ourselves against possible losses that could arise due to booking cancellation, we suggest you to get a travel insurance.

On the day of departure, no later than 10 am the guests are obliged to wash the dishes, to take out the garbage and set the furniture back to its original position, and to empty the object free of people and things. The facility will be inspected in the presence of the guest and the deposit will be refunded in full, unless the guests have damaged something and / or excessively polluted the facility, which will be charged from the deposit in the amount of € 200,00 (in words: two hundred euros). The guest will receive the confirmation on withheld amount.

In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:
– cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: we retain the deposit you paid in advance;
– cancellation 29-15 days prior to arrival: we retain 70% of the total amount;
– cancellation between 14-0 days prior to arrival: we retain 100% of the total amount.

If you wish to assign your reservation to someone else, we can accept that under the same terms that were applied for you, with the discretionary right to know who is the new reservation holder.

In case we are forced to cancel your booking for objective reasons, we will notify you about it as soon as possible and if you request, we will try to find an alternative accommodation of a similar category for you and we will refund any eventual difference in price. If it is impossible to find a suitable and available alternative accommodation, we will refund your payment, but we will not bear any further responsibility.

VILLA MARANATA cannot host more people than its maximum capacity. The use of the villa for commercial purposes, as well as the organization of social events, weddings, parties and similar must be agreed in advance for which there might be required additional payments and a higher deposit.

WARNINGS

We cannot be held responsible for valuables left by the guests within or around the villa. Every studio has a safe (4) and guests himself programmes the security code for its opening and closing.
We are not responsible for death or injuries of guests staying at the villa, or for cases of “Force Majeure” and events beyond our control.
It is strictly forbidden to bring and let other people who are not registered stay in the villa.
Swimming pool and other areas in the villa (especially the spa area and saunas) and around it are not specially insured and suited for children, therefore we advise you to warn them about it and ensure constant supervision over small children. The depth of the pool is 160 centimetres, so jumping into the pool is not allowed.
We also recommend people with heart disease or high blood pressure to consult their doctor before using the sauna.
Inside the villa there are granite stairs and ceramic floor tiles.
It is not recommended to walk with wet feet or footwear! It is slippery!

Turn off the lights within and around the villa, as well as the air conditioners when you are going outside, sunbathing, on tours or excursions, etc.
When you go out close the doors and the windows of the villa for your own safety.
If the sail-shaped large awning and two smaller electric ones are opened, be sure to close them when you go out of the villa.
Do not press the buttons on timers for underfloor heating, the villa manager will prepare this for you.
Never use the Finnish and the Turkish sauna at the same time.
Also, do not turn on the saunas, if the pool heating is on.
When using the barbecue in the open, west from the villa, the guests must pay attention to the open flame, that is, to supervise the grill after barbecuing to prevent fire.
It is strictly forbidden to the children to light fire unsupervised, in or around the villa.

The outdoor pool is operating from May till October. If the guest wants the pool heated in May, June, September and October this will be charged 25 € per day.
